1.1 If you are contracting as a consumer, The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order within seven working days.
1.2 You will be liable for the costs of returning any Goods following the cancellation of a contract under the Regulations.
1.3 To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing by letter with postage certificate or recorded delivery within seven days after reception of goods. (Please note that we cannot accept liability for items lost in the post so we recommend you to retain your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage).
1.4 You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them (assuming they are in their original, unopened and unused condition).
In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Product(s) within 30 days of the day you have given notice of cancellation.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
1.5 In case of defective product you must inform us by letter within seven days after reception of the good(s) and you must also return the product to us immediately. Then we will notify you by e-mail if you are entitled to a refund for a defective product. If a refund is accepted we will refund you the total cost of postage out and in.
