We all know how it can be difficult to schedule and follow simple daily healthy goals to help us rediscover a well-balanced spirit and body shape. Here are some golden rules to support you in this mission.
1- Fix to yourselves reasonable goals to not risk feeling disappointed and frustrated if you are not achieving them. Nowadays we are facing really busy days so if you are able at the beginning to make one or two sustainable and healthy daily changes it will add up over the long-term.
2- Like everything in modern life planning is everything. Even if your agenda is changing from a day to another one make sure you dedicate the same weekly day to go to sport for an hours. Make sure for example that every morning you know what you are going to have for lunch or for snack.
3- Avoid drinking on daily basic. This is a golden rule. We are not telling you that you cannot enjoy a glass of wine sometimes but keep your alcohol consumption as low as possible.
4- Stop watching TV 3 hours a day and go to your nearest library looking for a book that talks about one of your passion or look for the biography of someone you always felt for a great admiration.
5- Don’t give up those dreams and projects you wanted to set-up some years ago. It is never too late. You always wanted to play piano, to learn another language so just simply contact someone who provide the service, book an hour and go.
6- Leave you car in its place when you can actually walk. Rise your head up and look what is going on around you. There nothing than a walk to clear our mind and get great ideas.
